Have you wanted to learn meditation and yoga but weren’t sure how to begin? This retreat is designed especially for beginners and advanced beginners. Anyone who wants an extra-gentle practice of yoga and meditation is welcome to attend.

During the retreat, you will learn how to meditate, and how to practice yoga postures with safe, correct form. You’ll be introduced to the transforming principles and practices of Raja Yoga philosophy. And you will discover yourself feeling healthier, happier and inspired!

During this retreat you will:

  • Learn tools and techniques to meditation
  • Learn the Art and Science of Raja Yoga
  • Enjoy delicious vegetarian meals
  • If you would like a longer stay, there’s a place on the registration form to either add extra nights or come early for a personal retreat or seclusion.
