Have you wanted to learn meditation and yoga but weren’t sure how to begin? This retreat is designed for beginners and advanced beginners—and also for anyone who wants to refresh their practice of meditation and yoga postures.

During the retreat, you will learn step-by-step, timeless techniques that will introduce you to the peace and joy that are possible with meditation. You’ll be guided through yoga postures that will help your body relax and release stress for optimal wellbeing. You’ll be introduced to the spiritual principles of Yoga philosophy. And you will take home tools and practices to help you feel happier, healthier and more inspired!
