Individual Consultation – Meet online before your arrival with a retreat mentor to answer your questions, and help you plan your individualized retreat. Approximately 45 minutes. Includes a guided meditation lesson
Personal Support – Daily meetings with a retreat mentor for suggested activities or Personal Coaching on meditation, spiritual practices, or life questions
Delicious Vegetarian Meals – Prepared for you and delivered to your cabin for lunch and dinner. Or enjoy meals in the beautiful meditation garden
Ample Free Time – Abundant free time for reading, hiking, journaling, contemplation, and relaxation
Enriching Activities – Guided readings, journaling, art and nature activities, guided lessons and exercises in meditation, raja yoga and spirituality help to deepen and enrich your experience
Closing Session – Final meeting with a retreat mentor to bring your stay to blissful conclusion
3-Night Program cost: $190 – includes lunch and dinner daily, and a complimentary copy of Lessons in Meditation.
Lodging billed separately; Total cost depends on choice of lodging. (Additional days $50/day)
*All activities are optional. Every activity with retreat staff incorporates best practices in COVID prevention, including masking and physical distancing.
Day of Arrival – Check in- 3-5 pm. Dinner provided the night of your arrival.
Mornings – are on your own for Yoga, Meditation & Breakfast or other activities.
Meet with Mentor – Meet with retreat mentor for Spiritual Coaching, meditation support, Q&A, or suggested activities to help you gain the most out of your time.
12:30 pm – Lunch provided. Enjoy your meal in your cabin or in the garden, weather permitting. In inclement weather, lunch will be delivered to your cabin.
Afternoon – free time
5 pm – Dinner provided. Enjoy your meal in your cabin or in the garden, weather permitting. In inclement weather, dinner will be delivered to your cabin.

Things to know about staying at Ananda Meditation Retreat during COVID:
To maintain high standards of safety and hygiene …
*We allow stays only in our self-contained cabins (Devotion, Peace of Mind, Krishna, Kindness, Contentment, Renunciation, Lahiri). Bungalows, Monkalows, Happiness Lodge and camping are not available.
*Your cabin is your home for the days of your stay! Due to COVID restrictions, all other buildings are closed to the public (and guests) at this time. This includes all the temples, the dining hall/lounge and shower house.
*The beautiful and peaceful gardens and the nearby trails are open to guests staying at the retreat. You do need to have a mask and keep it with you in case you encounter someone. Guests also need to practice social distancing.
*Mentored Retreat Guests have lunch and dinners delivered to their cabin- Breakfast is on your own.
*Guests meditate in their own cabin- or in the gardens (no group sadhanas for guests)
* Sheets are provided; guests bring their own blankets, pillow and towels.
*We leave cabins unoccupied for 2-3 days between guests, and we clean and sanitize cabins with natural cleaning products approved by the EPA as effective against COVID.
We are able to host visitors residing within a day’s drive who:
*Would be driving to the retreat and would not need to stay overnight en-route or make a number of gas/bathroom stops en-route
*Have been predominantly sheltering/working at home or working in a COVID-safe environment
*Have been making only infrequent trips out as necessary, using PPE (especially masks) when out in public, etc.
*Have not travelled by air, attended large gatherings or visited in close quarters with others with whom they do not live in the 14 days prior to the start of the retreat
*Do not have underlying health risk factors for COVID 19
*Have someone who- in the very unlikely possibility of becoming ill while here- could come get them
(We have also been asked to let guests know that Ananda Village is closed to those who are not residents. That includes the areas that are usually public: Temple of Light, Master’s Market, Expanding Light, Crystal Hermitage.)
