You can “get away” and enjoy a rejuvenating retreat without leaving home. We’ll bring one of our most popular retreats to you!

Join with others wishing to explore or deepen their yoga and meditation practice, guided by instructors who have been meditating daily for many years. During this retreat you will:

  • Experience relaxing Meditation and Yoga Postures Sessions
  • Explore the Art and Science of Raja Yoga
  • Be guided in contemplative activities to recharge and renew
  • Have the opportunity to share with others in a supportive environment
  • Gain tools to bring into your daily life

Sample Schedule:

Friday

7 pm- Brief orientation, introductions & tips to help you create an experience that works for your situation. (Feel free to contact us beforehand with questions.)

Saturday

8-9:30 am – Yoga postures and a short meditation

9:30-10 am- Break for breakfast

10-noon- Meditation Class flowing into a guided meditation

noon-1:30 pm- Break for lunch

Afternoon-choice of activities to support and enhance your retreat experience. Options include:

*Spiritual coaching sessions * Affirmation Walk *Guided reading, music, creativity, and meditative experiences

4:30-6 pm- Yoga Postures and Meditation

6-7 pm- Dinner break

7-8 pm- Evening Satsang / Q&A/ Closing Circle
